For best performance and warranty protection, use only original 999Scala diffuser fragrance oils or oils approved by 999Scala. Third-party oils, diluted oils, water-based liquids, thick oils or sticky liquids may damage the diffuser and are not covered under warranty.

Yes. 999Scala offers diffuser options for homes as well as commercial interiors such as offices, hotels, showrooms, retail spaces, clinics, spas and hospitality environments. For larger or specialised spaces, we recommend speaking with us before choosing a model.
Do 999Scala diffusers come with warranty?
999Scala diffuser devices carry a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use and requires a valid invoice, order proof or purchase record from 999Scala or an authorised sales channel.
What is not covered under warranty?
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, water exposure, physical damage, unauthorised repair, tampering, power surge, voltage fluctuation, incorrect adapter, unstable power supply or use of non-approved oils or liquids.
Can diffusers be returned if I change my mind?
Diffusers are eligible for return, replacement or warranty support only in limited cases such as damaged delivery, defective on arrival, wrong item delivered or approved manufacturing defect. Change of mind, incorrect use or damage after delivery is not eligible for return or refund.
Can I use one diffuser for every type of space?
Different spaces need different scenting capacity. Room size, ventilation, ceiling height, layout and usage pattern can affect performance. Choose the diffuser model based on the actual space and scenting requirement.
