Diffusers are eligible for return, replacement or warranty support only in limited cases such as damaged delivery, defective on arrival, wrong item delivered or approved manufacturing defect.

Change of mind is not eligible for return or refund.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Once processed from our side, it may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect, depending on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.

Yes. 999Scala diffuser devices carry a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranty support requires a valid invoice, order proof or purchase record from 999Scala or an authorised 999Scala sales channel.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, water exposure, physical damage, leakage due to improper handling, unauthorised repair, modification, tampering, power surge, voltage fluctuation, lightning, incorrect adapter, unstable power supply or use of non-approved oils or liquids.
